A helpful visual for the two approaches are of magnets and speakerphones.

-
HubSpot or Salesforce?
HubSpot is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps scaling businesses grow better with sales, service, marketing, and content management software. It provides a single source of truth that empowers your front office teams to deepen their relationships with customers and provide a best-in-class experience. HubSpot was built in-house on one code base, which means you get a unified experience that’s easier for your team to adopt and use.
Salesforce is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform with applications for sales, service, marketing and more that help bring customers and companies together. Salesforce was built together through acquisitions, which means the experience and connections can be different depending on the products you’re using. Because of that, Salesforce may present a steeper learning curve and require more admin resources or more budget to get systems working together.
See here for an in depth comparison, and connect with our team for more insight!
-
How often should you publish content for inbound marketing?
All articles, PDFs, press releases, and videos are made by our own specialist team. Images and photographs used in your campaign content are sourced either from our own original photography library or purchased for your project. If we require specialist content or logo’s your project manager will request those from you.

Why do I need SEO for my business?
Search engine optimization is an essential component of a business’s marketing and sales strategy. With the rise and rapid growth of the Internet and the demise of many traditional (offline) channels to reach customers and prospects such as the Yellow Pages, having a web presence has become increasingly important, if not vital.
Reasons for developing and implementing a clear SEO and web presence strategy include:
- To optimize your web presence and visibility.
- To build better branding and positioning for your business, products and services.
- To increase the online credibility and trust for your business.
- To identify a business’ most effective keywords.
- To rank higher in the search engines.
- To increase traffic from potential customers.
- To increase the number of repeat visitors and customers.
- To Grow Your Business – $$$
The goals, project scope and budget for search engine optimization and growing a web presence can vary significantly for different businesses. However, the need and importance for having an optimized web presence will only grow over time.
-
How much does SEO and Web Presence services cost?
We offer an array of different options associated with SEO services. SEO optimization is included as part of our Inbound Strategy Packages!
In addition, we also offer SEO auditing and optimization services.
-
What is SEO?
SEO consists of multiple strategies, actions, and best practices, all of which have the end goal of improving your website’s position in search engines.
It takes time, knowledge of SEO, and successful implementation of the desired on- and off-page SEO factors to optimize your website for high rankings in search engines.
If the collective power of your site or an individual page’s SEO is more powerful than all others, in regard to a specific query, you’ll rank #1!

-
How long will it take before I see better rankings on Google?
The time it will take for your website's search engine rankings to begin improving depends on several of its characteristics prior to optimization. Older websites, with diverse backlink portfolios—and more trust from search engines—generally begin to climb in rankings faster than newer sites.
The average website, at least one or two years old, will typically show first signs of improvement in search within 2 or 3 weeks of optimization. It often takes 8-10 weeks to see significant improvement, as search engines need time to crawl, evaluate, and re-index new content, and react to improved website performance.
Many factors determine the speed at which you'll see full results; we'll let you know from the beginning of what to expect.
-
Are first place rankings for competitive keywords guaranteed?
Beware of SEO companies that claim to guarantee rankings, as natural search results are computed by algorithms that automatically index sites according to hundreds of different criteria. Vested’s SEO services guarantee to give our clients the very best that our years of search visibility experience have given us.
Guaranteed search placement exists only through paid inclusion, such as with Google Adwords pay-per-click program. The disadvantage of paid inclusion is that once you reach your daily advertising budget or terminate your campaign, your search visibility ceases.
-
How does Search Engine Optimization work?
Search engine optimization methods we use are tailored to each website's strengths and weaknesses; however, the types of improvements made with SEO fall into 3 categories:
- Website construction. The behind the scenes Web languages and technology that holds your site together, i.e., static vs dynamic pages, content management systems, quality of HTML/CSS, etc.
- Content. All the information (text, images, media) on your site, its structure, its accessibility to search engines and people, and how well it satisfies the needs of your visitors.
- Marketing: The use of social media to create buzz and increase links to your site. Backlinks from search engine respected websites in turn earn your site that respect, and boost your rankings.
-
How does Google decide where to rank my page in a search?
Google, like other search engines, uses a series of algorithms to decide which pages to return in response to a search. These algorithms use factors such as:
- Words you use to search
- Relevance and user experience of pages
- Expertise, authority and trustworthiness (EAT) of the source
- User location
- User settings and search history
In fact, it’s believed that there are 200+ ranking signals that influence search results.
The main thing to remember is that Google wants to return SERPs that are as relevant as possible to the search intent behind a search. It also wants the pages it returns to be high quality.
-
Is blogging part of SEO?
Blogging is part of inbound marketing. But the tool is not limited to inbound marketing only. It is a part of Search Engine Optimization too and is used extensively in both On-page SEO and Off-page SEO. With the right keywords, you can drive traffic towards your page and maintain the freshness of your web search results. While on the other hand, the blogs can be shared on different websites to bring more and more traffic to the site. This technique is generally used in the Off-page search engine optimization.
Website Development
-
Do I need a new website?
Your website should be your best marketing and sales employee, but if it is not generating interest or leads, it might be time to assess its performance. You might need to replace your CMS with something that delivers the functionalities you need - or you might need to redesign your website entirely.
Your website must be able to grow as your business does and a website that is fixed and static is highly impractical for any business looking to attract and engage with customers. A dated website with no new content, no way for website visitors to engage, and no support for other devices (such as mobile and laptop) will not generate leads or interest in your business.
Your website must include a number of ways through which your visitors can interact with your business. For example, Calls-to-Action (CTAs) encourage website visitors to take a specific action on your website, such as download an eBook, sign up to your blog, download pricing or complete a contact us form - depending where they are in their buying journey.

What are the benefits of using HubSpot CMS?
We’ve developed websites on WordPress and on custom-built content management systems and, while these systems produced great looking effective websites, they all lacked integration with other marketing functions.
Clients needed to bolt on additional pieces of software to send email, to schedule social media posts and to manage leads. Each component interrelates with another, so clients can easily nurture sales leads through each stage of their buyers journey.

It’s incredibly easy to edit - even for a beginner.

Pages can be edited live, with your website running in the background, and new modules can be added directly from the editor using the drag and drop interface. You can easily create a fantastic-looking website.
It has all the tools to be a lead generation machine.
With access to landing pages and forms, you have all the tools you need to convert website visitors into known contacts.
It’s easy to ensure you have a full search engine optimized website.
All the tools you use to build pages in HubSpot include SEO tools, making content optimization straightforward. The tools utilize a traffic light system to show you whether your web pages are optimized correctly so that Google can successfully understand, and rank your page accordingly.

It’s easily integrated with all your other marketing software.

How does a website make me money?
Saves Time
The importance of a website for generating revenue cannot be ignored. By having a strong online presence, you’re able to reach more consumers faster. And the more consumers you reach online, the more opportunities you have to make a sale. Websites allow you, the seller, to sell your products around-the-clock, meaning you don’t have to be actively engaging with potential customers constantly because they can easily access everything they need from your website.
SEO-Optimization
Having an SEO-optimized website gives you a higher chance of showing up in a Google search, so when people are searching for a product or service, you may show up in their results, making your business more likely to generate leads and increase its customer base..
Brand Establishment
Showcasing your brand to your prospective customers is a fundamental part of being a successful business. By clearly establishing your brand, your mission, and what you represent, chances are your customers will want to be a part of that.
-
Is content creation included in my website build price?
Typically, content creation is not included in the website design and development price unless clearly stated in the provided budget. There may be occasions where circumstances are otherwise, although we generally treat stock images, photography, videography and website copy (content) as separate deliverables.
-
What is a growth driven design website?
A website built with growth driven design helps to drive business growth by creating stronger new strategies way faster than a traditional website’s design. By using data, you are able to swiftly learn more about your consumers- like what kind of problems they need solutions for; you are able to utilize the insights drawn from this data to generate desirable content that significantly relates to your target audience quickly, meanwhile your competitors struggle to keep up with you.
