1. Implementing CRM and Sales Process

Vested's team guided the PES sales team in setting up their CRM via HubSpot. HubSpot is used internally for the sales process and marketing efforts The addition of Hubspot into PES' internal process enabled the company to manage its sales and marketing activities efficiently. Today, PES' leads are effortlessly developed through the buying process.

2. Increased SEO and Google Ranking

Pillar content was created to make PES a subject matter expert in their industry. Additional content such as blog posts and downloadable e-books were also developed. This pillar content-enabled PES to rank against their competitors. In addition, the use of pillar content (and associated) allowed PES to lead presence under keywords of interest. In the process of developing pillar content, other content was optimized for SEO

3. Optimize Website for Better User Experience

Vested also assisted in setting up lead forms and chatbots. Forms and chatbots are two different tools that enable viewers to interact with the PES team. These tools equipped PES with prospecting and lead generation and to overall gain more customers. In addition, Vested facilitated a Careers section and job listing page to enable digital job applications. The use of digital job applications has allowed PES to have significant financial savings while not needing the use of external job search platforms.

4. Optimized Internal Sales Process

Vested also helped by setting up and onboarding PES' internal sales process. Vested's assistance has allowed PES to fully capitalize on the use of their CRM. PES can now maintain regular touch-points with all clients by creating automated emails and tasks via HubSpot. Lastly, an internal sales dashboard was created to measure the team’s performance to maximize results.
