Working with ParFab, we cleaned up duplicates or inconsistencies in the data, as well as exported the data from Salesforce in a format that is compatible with HubSpot.
After preparing the data, we set up the HubSpot account and configured it according to their business needs. This included setting up custom fields, creating workflows, and integrating with other tools such as social media platforms.
Using the SFDC, we then mapped the fields accordingly and synced the data over to HubSpot using a one way push.
Once the data migrated, we tested and validated that everything was transferred correctly. This included running reports to ensure numbers were adding up correctly and doing popcorn checks throughout different records.
Finally, we trained all teams that would be utilizing the tool including the finance team, sales team, estimating team, and leadership team.

The first step in using the connector was to install it within ParFab's HubSpot and Google Sheets accounts.
